Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026
This policy explains what personal information Wholesale Targets collects when you use wholesaletargets.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The short version: we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking pixels on this site. We do not sell your personal information. The only personal information we hold is what you give us in order to place and fulfil an order.
Who we are
Wholesale Targets ("we", "us") sells officially licensed USPSA cardboard shooting targets. You can reach us at orders@wholesaletargets.com for any privacy question, including a request to access or delete your data.
Wholesale Targets is a sole proprietorship.

What we collect
| Information | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) | When you place an order | To take payment, ship your order and contact you about it |
| Payment details | At checkout | Handled entirely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number. |
| Email address and the message you write | If you email us an order or a question | To answer you and process the order |
| Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) | Automatically, when your browser loads the site | Security, abuse prevention and keeping the site online |
We do not ask for and do not want any information beyond this. We do not collect date of birth, government identifiers, or any information about firearms ownership.
What we do not do
- We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics package.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only the companies needed to actually get you your targets:
- Shopify processes checkout, payment and order records. Their privacy policy governs that processing.
- Cloudflare hosts and serves this website, and sees standard request data such as your IP address.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address so they can deliver your order.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Loading a page contacts Google's font servers, which receives your IP address. See the Cookie Policy for how to avoid this.
- jsDelivr serves an animation library used by the page, which likewise receives your IP address.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support the sale and to satisfy tax and accounting obligations, which in the United States is generally seven years. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful and deleted when it is not. Server logs are short lived.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email us and ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will do that. Deleting order records may be limited by the tax retention obligations above.
If you are in California
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
If you are in the EU or UK
We sell and ship within the United States and do not target the EU or UK market. If you contact us from there anyway, we process your information to respond to you and to perform a contract with you, and you may ask us to access, correct, delete or port it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment is handled by Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant, so card details never reach our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
