These terms govern your use of wholesaletargets.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the section on product use and liability, because it matters.
Who you are contracting with
You are contracting with Luke Jarvis, doing business as Wholesale Targets, a sole proprietorship, of 2603 Hebron Church Rd, Winder, GA 30680, USA. Contact: orders@wholesaletargets.com.
Wholesale Targets is a separate business from the packaging plant that manufactures the targets. Ordering from us creates a contract with Wholesale Targets only.
Products
We sell cardboard shooting targets produced to United States Practical Shooting Association dimensional specifications, under license from USPSA. Product images on this site are dimensionally accurate illustrations rather than photographs. Board colour and printing may vary slightly between production runs.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it by confirming the order or dispatching the goods. We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, an error in pricing or description, or an address we cannot ship to. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.
Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated. Tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. We try hard to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to sell at that price; we will contact you and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel and refund.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping timescales given on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Pallet quantities ship by freight and may require a suitable delivery location; we will contact you if there is an access problem.
Where an order is advertised with free shipping, that applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. We will quote separately for other destinations before charging you.

Safety and use of the product
These are paper and cardboard targets. They are not ballistic protection, they do not stop or slow projectiles, and they must never be used as or attached to any form of backstop, cover or shield. Always shoot only on a properly constructed range with an adequate backstop, and follow all applicable firearms safety rules and local law.
You are solely responsible for the safe use of the product and for compliance with all laws and range rules applicable to you.
Warranty
We warrant that the targets will be free from material manufacturing defects and will substantially conform to the dimensions stated on this site. This is the only warranty we give. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, however caused.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The Wholesale Targets name, this website and its contents are ours. The USPSA name and logo are trademarks of the United States Practical Shooting Association and are used under license. Nothing here grants you any right to use them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
